5 years later, the judge is doing is thing, D.A.'s office doing their thing, appellate doing their thing and the cops are doing their thing (see above), . Nothing has changed, day after day after day.

I suspect there was a silent judicial order, by Scotillo) Most of the people in the Village of Palatine, that I've known for 35 years, all of a sudden were unfriendly and out right hostile.
I think a father would be nuts, to send his kid to a law school like this, but in all fairness, I would bet every law school in the country would react the same way. God help us all.
Maybe I am the only one in the USA that wants, that is trying to help along, a cleaner, more honest, people friendly, civil, respected society. I think people should put their foot down and say enough is enough.

Why did she and Anita Alvarez of this crime commission, decide to cover up, obstruct, be an accessory, apart of a conspiracy, do nothing, but promote, embrace, endorse this dirt.
Law requires something other than nothing. They just flipped off the law, gave it the birdy. 1 law professor and the other, a county D.A., gave the finger to the criminal justice system, what is wrong with these people? The county D.A. before this one ignored this matter also.
In the Anita Alvarez example, I would bet, as a life long state prosecutor, since I have establish her internal mind set, she probably has been doing this sleaze ball layering all her life, knows no other.
I gave her that, once in a life time test (with nobody looking, nobody would know, she could do what she feels), to see actually what her internals are made of. As a result, I think she is another failure. She proved to herself, what she is made of, if it matters, just like every one else.
What is she going to do with Andre and Chandra (assistant states attorney in my trial? Arrest them? Review all trials they were on? Fire em? Ask them to try to be more professional?

Don't think for a minute that ARDC, means much more than nothing. Are they going to take away the law license of Anita Alvarez, Lisa Madigan, all the judges I contacted, and every one else I contacted, about crimes being committed by courts. What about the retired Illinois supreme court justice, who stepped in this shit, they going to punish him by taking away his law license? (he might have been the judge in the Blogo trial, which I think was another joke. Arrest the governor, but months latter, don't know what to charge him with, in the mean time he gets impeached, well when his father in law said he was going to get him, looks like to me, he simply bought a federal prosecutor). What about the 2 Illinois seniors I contacted (1 x, now president of the USA), they also thought no need of concern when I emailed their office.
try to be good to your neighbors
I think we should try harder to make this bad stuff go away. There is nothing wrong with telling the truth, nothing wrong, about making mistakes (but hopefully the mistakes aren't serious and often). There is noting wrong with loving your fellow man. There is nothing wrong with helping one and another. Nothing wrong with community service what ever it is, stopping on the side of the road and pick up trash, helping senior citizens, pulling over when there is a huge chunk of something on the road (be careful, but once a fellow motorist see's what your doing, they will yield, with pleasure, open the door for others, but up to that point, it is a lot more dangerous), let others go first, let other people cut in line (some times) with out going berserk, someone drops something, pick it up (don't wait for them to leave, so you can have it), go to the hardware store and buy a bag of pavement patch and fill in a pot hole, Use your imagination how you can help people. Pay forward, try to be a good human being.
But to continue this crap of turning a blind eye, let the other guy worry about it, under the cloak of the better good of society, or I am king of the hill, I am beyond approach. is nonsense and bs.
I have emailed all the Illinois law bars, they also are non responsive, let it slide. don't care, don't bother. More cover up, of one of their own. Judge Scotillo's wife was the law bar matriarch of the Northwest Suburban Bar Association, so no wounder this is a dead issue there.
The problem is the ability to exercise free will in a morally, humanly civil, intelligent manor. We continually choose not wisely.

A judge can knowingly accept a false documents (lets say a false bridge inspection report and it is categorized as a nice, good, wonderful report) it is then law. With no consequences or no repercussions.
Cop can show up for work or leave work with drugs in their system. With no consequences or repercussions. Cops have a union, they have rights, in my trial, the cop said "I had no rights", the judge and appellate, later praised the cop for being, professional, highly creditable, and a expert (this was the cop that was high on drugs, during the arrest, that every one covered up for).
a cop can tell the courts any thing they want because they are presumed to be truthful. With no consequences or repercussions.
the government can torture people they accuse. With no consequences or repercussions.
Only a judge, thinks that a man with a badge is truthful, not even cop to cop can trust each other, when will the courts wake up.
We need good men and women in all parts of our our society, not people who pretend to be good but believe and do evil.

10 years ago most people never knew what a shredder was, Now adays, this is something that every home should have and many do. What does this show? Citizens shredding documents, for privacy, keeping the snooping eyes of the government at bay? Why does it have to come to this?

He might say, by golly Mike is right, this law school aint getting this money unless they give me a plan of reform, a platform and show some leader ship and start practicing what they teach.

I thought emailing as many as I did, to such highly praised organizations and people would have resulted, in some type of self cleansing action, some type of a forward looking prevention program and every thing would be OK. I was wrong.
Once upon a time, perhaps; a cop, lawyer or judge were apart of a high standard, protecting our society (sounds good, but I have no idea if this was a fact, it could be maybe, there never was a high standard, maybe today is the same as 50 years ago). This is gone and been gone for a long time. These educators and legislators are clueless or think we are so stupid as not to know what is going on. Like some one standing on the tracks, watching a train coming and doesn't get out of the way soon enough.
I would suggest the educators and legislators reverse the current course and get on the ball.
These high standards must be put back, then, maybe the respect that left a long time ago return.

So I guess this means that if a cop says the sears tower is in the Bahama's, and the judge rules it is so, I guess it's then law.

I and other could even, most likely, tell you who was at the 2 different bars, who saw them, who was tending bar, what they were drinking and maybe who they were screwing.

I will always believe that they might have and could have, done the killings and the kicker was that the Palatine Village council cleaned up the crime scene. Why do you think the mayor quashed investigations of the Palatine police department.
The State Police know this also, but look at the Drew Peterson, they gave perjured testimony in the death of his wife and are held harmless. For violating ever law and oath they swore to up hold. Held harmless, not accountable for perjury, false reports, obstruction of justice, criminal conspiracy.
What do you do? Expert witness witness says death by drowning. Yet we all know death by drowning means water in the lungs, instead of breathing in air some one breathed in water. Expert witness says no water in the lungs. The expert witness should have been arrested on sight. The state trooper that said death by accident should have been arrested on sight. If a regular person made such a bungling lie under oath, we would be sent to jail...... I'm going to bed.

How could Palatine Police officer Jonathan
Hunter, administer a breath test
while right next to him is the
arresting officer, Wenrich
who was
ripped out of his hallucinating mind.
Both sitting at the same desk,
for about 2 hours.
Hunter probably saw Palatine cops hallucinating on the job and thought nothing of it.
This would kind of spoil all of
officer Hunter's credibility and
the credibility of the village of Palatine.
What if I said I never blew........ hahahahahah, not going to tell a lie, but.. how far will this cover up go? A video tap reviewed by a expert drug witness, could explain or not Wenrich's hallucinating and Hunter ignoring this condition.
The village would have to produce a video tape, then we could examine Wenrich's and Hunters behavior and condition, as he is filling out the misleading, factually incorrect police report.
If I were to sue the Village of Palatine and or the Police officers, for let's say $100 million. I think the police department would straighten up quickly.
